We’ve come to expect a very high level of quality and Calgary builders have delivered.

One such builder is Avalon Master Builder, the company behind the Bordeaux in Cranston townhomes. According to Scott, people have been moving in since last June, with final occupancies expected late this spring. So far, she says, buyers range from 50-something-ish people nearing retirement, to young professionals, to families. “It’s definitely a lifestyle choice,” she says. “They want a home in the suburbs, but not the work involved.”

Both available Gamay homes are priced at $399,900 plus GST. The one remaining Chardonnay home is currently priced at $421,900 plus GST.
