Construction on the 11-storey building began in February with sales starting shortly thereafter. Located at 735-2 Avenue S.W., the 30-unit building boasts a sleek and modern exterior with a Tyndall stone façade, brick detail and landscaped grounds.  “The whole concept of Oscar is based on the perfect blend of sophistication and exclusivity. You’re in one Calgary’s best locations. It’s refined, upscale and contemporary living at its best,” says Kepa.

All this is a prelude to its luxurious lobby and European-influenced design.

Buyers have a choice of seven unique floor plans: Olivier, Monroe and Bogart for the tower condos then Cooper, Lancaster, Bergman, and Hepburn for the main level entry townhomes.

The first two floors of Oscar belong to four two-storey townhouse units, each with its own private entrance and private patio. Townhouses vary in size between 1,338-to 1,510-square-feet.

Floors three to ten have the one-, two- and two-bedroom-plus-den suites. With only three suites per floor, sizes range from 808- to 1,377-square-feet. Topping off the complex are two penthouse units on the 11th floor at 1,655-square-feet and 1,755-square-feet.

Prices range between the mid-$500,000 mark and $1.5 million.
