The Craftsman Edition of the Newbury, which is now open, offers four different floor plans. The Ashton, the Devon, and the Berkley offer plans that include a double Master design, two bedrooms plus a library. There is also the Essex, which features three bedrooms plus a rumpus room. These homes range in size from 1712 to 1850 square feet, not including the basement development that comes standard with each home. Prices will be starting in the high  $600,000s and are worth every penny. The existing show homes will still be used to sell the new phase as the floor plans remain the same. The Ashton showhome includes warm hardwood flooring, elegant archways and a beautiful lower development with games / rumpus room. Upstairs visitors will love the double Masters; each with its own luxurious four-piece ensuite and spacious walk-in closets. The Devon can be remembered from its sumptuous Dining room, spacious kitchen its amazing sunken living room. One of the more quaint features in this show home is the porthole window in the Master walk-in that allows light to filter into this spacious closet.
