Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2006 with the completion date planned for January 2007. “It’s all there,” says Jeff Bazley, Sales Manager. “Where it’s situated, The Sienna has the most convenient accessibility to the downtown core.”

Sokol Developments Inc. is “location driven. We concentrate on the Bridgeland area,” he adds.  “We are dedicated to quality and are Calgary’s luxurious inner city builder.”

The Sienna consists of eight two-storey units within the one building.  Condos range from 1165 square feet to 1463 square feet.  Prices begin at $399,000 up to $549,000, with condo fees yet to be determined.  All units have nine-foot ceilings and consist of two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being an exquisite ensuite.

The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, an island with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors.  The living room is open to the kitchen and dining areas.  Laundry facilities are also included in each unit.  The Sienna’s floor plans have “a lot of options,” explains Jeff Bazley.  “But we don’t find many people upgrade because Sokol offers a high standard finishing package that comes with the purchase price.”

A view oriented plan is evident with the use of floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the stunning downtown views as well to allow natural light to flood into the unit. Every unit features a glass paneled balcony to take advantage of the unobstructed cityscapes.   Plugged into the latest technology, The Sienna is “very executive friendly” with CAT-5 hook up, cable and an abundance of outlets throughout.

A common area with barbeque is also provided for use by the owners and their guests. Tenant parking is located in the underground heated parking, with two stalls set aside for visitors.

The exterior of The Sienna is “very modern, with the use of crimson reds and dark charcoal greys”, states Jeff Bazley. “The Sienna is a very urban, contemporary development.”  Its curb appeal is impressive with its sophisticated exterior and fresh clean lines which will entice you to explore further.

The show suite indicates the quality Sokol Developments Inc. provides and you will not be disappointed.  It is warm and inviting with beautiful hardwood floors, detailed millwork, gorgeous glass doors, and the kitchen slate backsplash is striking. The show suite’s attention to detail is exceptional. For those who demand excellence, they will find it in The Sienna, a stylish and contemporary condo.

Keep in mind that another one of their developments, The Adora, sold out in 16 hours…this can only be an indication of Sokol Developments Inc.’s commitment to building quality condominiums in Calgary.  Do not wait too long.  Come and take a look at The Sienna before they are spoken for.  Be a part of the redevelopment of Bridgeland, Calgary’s up and coming trendy inner city community.

Additional benefits of The Sienna located in Bridgeland include the proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, as well as those on Edmonton Trail, plus new cafes and eateries establishing themselves during the rebirth of this historic community.

To find the Sokol show suite, take Memorial Drive to Edmonton Trail.  Head north to 4th Avenue then right to #2, 606 – 4th Avenue NE.  Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from  2 – 8 p.m. and Noon until 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  CL
