Brownstones for Rainbow Falls

Creating a world of distinction in Chestermere

Aiming for a New York Brownstone appeal in both look and quality, Lionsworthe Homes has created an astounding getaway in Chestermere’s new community of Rainbow Falls.

The distinguished townhomes greet you as you enter the community, which immediately communicates the level of quality that Lionsworthe, and their parent company, the Truman Group of Companies, has committed to for the past 25 years.

“The quality that we’re putting into The Brownstones is based on the traditions and teachings set out by our father George, based on his experience in building countless custom multi-million dollar estates in Calgary and surrounding areas,” says Tony Trutina, Chief Financial Officer of Lionsworthe Homes.

Trutina feels that even though the market is white hot in Calgary, “there is no excuse to not put 100 per cent of your heart and soul in every home. If it’s not something that I would move into myself, and couldn’t see countless memories being created in, then I won’t build it. There is an endless supply of creative and innovative materials for the building industry to use, and while they may be more expensive to incorporate in today’s housing market, I just feel customers deserve more for their money.”

This standard is apparent in all aspects of The Brownstones of Rainbow Falls, from the standard specifications, to the exterior finishings, to the elaborate landscaping that will complement the homes.

Inside, buyers will enjoy the extensive list of features including five appliances, nine-foot ceilings, cat-5 wiring, security rough-ins, central vacuum rough-ins, a four-speaker system rough-in, handmade kitchen cabinets and five inch casings. With three different main floor layouts and three different second floor layouts available, buyers are sure to find the combination that best suits their lifestyle. Each main floor plan consists of a living room at the front, with kitchen in the back and a dining area in between. One plan features a dining nook in the kitchen. Upstairs, buyers can choose from a combination of three bedrooms and two full baths; two bedrooms and two full baths; or two bedrooms and one full bath plus den. In Phase Two, which is now selling (Phase One is sold out), there are also homes with walk-outs available.

In the showhome, the sophisticated tone and stylish components scream “Upgrade!,” but in fact, the only upgrade here is the hardwood flooring. Trutina explains that the idea is for buyers to see what they can get for the base cost, which is a lot, given Lionsworthe’s high standards. The showhome features the second floor with two bedrooms, one full bath and den.

The townhomes are located along the main boulevard of Rainbow Falls, just a short stroll from the falls for which the community is named. They are also directly adjacent to the community’s planned commercial site and a designated school site.

Chestermere is, of course, an attraction on its own. Just 15 minutes from Calgary’s downtown core, Chestermere is a short commute for anyone working in central Calgary, at the airport, or in any of the industrial areas on the eastern edge of the city.
