Cardel opens show homes in Lighthouse Landing

Cardel Lifestyles has artfully fashioned the ultimate master-planned multifamily community. Lighthouse Landing of Country Hills sits on 20 acres, surrounded by 40 percent green space, and borders the northeast shore of a ten-hectare storm water retention lake, spouting two decorative fountains and a magnificent view.

The first thing you will notice as you step into any Lighthouse Landing suite is the feeling of warmth and comfort. The interior resembles the inviting characteristics of other Cardel homes.
You can expect a designer kitchen (as per plan) with oversized corner pantries, kitchen cabinet island or raised eating bar, drawers on lower cabinets, matching end gable panels, microwave cabinet, 18-cubic inch Frigidaire refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and washer/dryer, Moen faucet with pull out veggie spray, andoptional wine rack.

Other details included (as per plan) are roughed in central vacuum system, six-foot patio door, walk-in closets to owners suites, exterior privacy walls to all decks, high sound attenuation, and added construction features to help you save energy and add better air quality. You also have an option to add a main floor fireplace, half or full ensuite, or extra windows in some of the floor plans.

Every home is built with Cardel’s quality workmanship. In its quest towards providing the perfect possession, Cardel is currently turning over homes with almost zero deficiencies. And the best thing is that phase one of Lighthouse Landing is already near completion. That means you can actually see what you’re buying and move in before the end of the year.
