The Gardens at Westridge, which currently offers affordability, convenience and luxury in its stacked townhouse condos, will now grow to feature another two buildings. The new construction will feature two apartment condo buildings that’ll add 67 more homes to the complex, with the first possessions expected by next Christmas.

Sales manager Bill Severs says Medallion is extremely pleased that Okotoks approved the additional development, as demand for more condo units has been high. “When the first Westridge (townhome condo) went up, we had so many requests for one-floor units. There’s a real influx of seniors to the area who don’t want to move into Calgary. Okotoks is perfect for them,” explains Severs.

The two new apartment condos will cater to the 50+ market and will feature eight different floor plans ranging in size from 772 square feet for a one bedroom to up to 1,076 for a two bedroom. The townhome condos in the Gardens at Westridge are another great option for those needing a little bit more space. Ranging in size from 1,150 to 1,346 square feet in two or three bedroom units, they’re currently 50 per cent sold.

Priced at an extremely reasonable $145,400 to $162,400, the condos are very well appointed with four-inch baseboards, a great lighting package and chrome finish interior door handles. They feature carpet, lino and some units have ceramic tile. Arborite countertops, ensuites in the master bedroom, pot and pan drawers, in-floor radiant heat, garburator rough-in and fully insulated single car garages with two remotes are just of few of the other features.
