Silver Creek Lodge offers excitement and activity as well as peace and quiet. It’s ideally located in Canmore, a resort town of ever-increasing variety and sophistication. And of course the activities of Banff National Park are only a short drive away. The lodge is approximately 75 minutes from Calgary International Airport, an appealing feature for the international rental market.

A wide range of luxurious features are standard in every suite at Silver Creek Lodge. Some two-bedroom plans have an attached lock-off space that provides more privacy than a typical two-bedroom floor plan. It’s ideal for two couples sharing a suite, and can also be used as separate studio space. Two-bedroom floor plans range from 800 square feet to 1,325 square feet.
Construction is estimated to begin this fall, with completion early in 2007.

“The optional rental program is the most flexible revenue generating model of any building of this type in Canmore,” Kozmyk says. “Your suite is available on a daily basis to create revenue unless you have blocked it out for personal use. The lodge will be professionally managed by Ultimate Resort Management; one of Canmore’s premier resort rental management companies, so owners don’t have to worry about the details.”

He sees strong prospects for long-term appreciation in Canmore real estate. “It’s one of the fastest-growing resort communities in North America, and the town of Canmore has restricted the population base. And there’s only a limited supply of land that can be developed here,” Kozmyk says.
