“Judging from how busy we’ve been these past few months, we’re very confident that we will be selling out these final lots by summer this year,” says sales manager Ryan Heggedal.  “There will only be 21 units in this final phase and two have already been sold, and interest in these remaining units has been very high.”

The Killian promises to be a defining part of the 84-unit Edenmore townhome project, as they will be sitting along the prized lots backing onto the Kincora ravine. “It’s a terrific, low density location with this natural environment at your backdoor, very quiet, very scenic,” Heggedal adds.

The Killian has a very modern open design 726-square-foot main floor, with a very functional L-shaped kitchen and centre island. “The pantry is bigger here and there is lots more storage space for pots and pans,” Heggedal says. There’s even more storage space off the double-car garage in the lower level where owners can easily put in a home office or a den.
