Dreamy location and stylish accommodations make Swan Landing a lifestyle destination
The name itself evokes a certain fairy tale quality about it, and Swan Landing’s location in a secluded hilltop cul de sac with fantastic views of the Rockies and the surrounding parks, as well as the luxurious lifestyle it offers, can make a home here anyone’s happily-ever-after.

Brown says the exterior of the whole complex is finished and only the interiors have to be completed for Phase II. “Owners wouldn’t have to worry about looking at a half completed construction site, the lovely exterior finishes already well complement the serene beauty of the surroundings,” she adds.
You don’t need to find the pot of gold to live in this veritable fable town, however, as prices are very affordable with one-bedroom-plus-den units starting at $239,900. “It has a lot of value for the price, the dens in this unit is a separate room that you can use for extra storage or put a Murphy bed in it for guests,” she says.
But it is the location that is its must distinguishing feature. “It may be in a quiet cul-de-sac that’s really a world of its own, but it remains very accessible and in fact the future Rocky Ridge LRT station is just a little over three blocks from it,” Brown says. “There’s also quick access to the city through the recently-opened Stoney Trail section and really you’re that much closer to a mountain getaway.”
