Framed by the rolling Alberta foothills and Rocky Mountain views that made the town famous, The Village oozes comfort and luxury within the safety and security of a small community — after all, it has plenty of Cochrane’s famed Western small town appeal.

The Village is comprised of two four-storey buildings with a total of 72 luxury apartment style units and six executive townhomes (three on each side) “designed to satisfy the needs of today’s most discriminating buyers”, says CalBridge’s Dan Hippe.
