Luxe Developments’ in-house team created all of the interiors, with living in the suites front of mind. “We try to provide an interior package that is above standard so there is no need for upgrades,” says Ferguson. All kitchens serve up standard maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances—including a refrigerator and smooth top stove, dishwasher, over-the-range combination microwave and hood fan. Other user-friendly features enjoyed by residents are stacking laundry centres, chrome plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile and luscious modern carpet underfoot. “With the large windows, the units are very bright,” adds Ferguson. “The nine-foot knockdown ceilings have also been a big draw.”

Natural light is exceedingly popular in the new generation of developments under construction in the city, perfect for open-space concepts in architectural design. All units also come with one underground parking stall. Solea is suited for first-time homebuyers, young couples and students. The move in date is slated for as early as this month.
