There’s more to love at Copperfield’s Chalet No 4
The cozy comfort of a well-designed Alpine-flavoured townhome has always been the allure of the Chalet No 4 in Copperfield, and now there are more reasons to fall in love with this popular offering from Sabal Homes as more floorplans have been released.

Townhomes range from 1,390 to 1,520 square-feet and most are two-bedroom units or two-bedroom with den suites. Prices start at $270,000 including GST, which Kelly says is an unbelievable value for the kind of luxurious appointments that come standard with each home.
This latest edition includes more features and options than ever before — large decks (10-feet-by-10-feet), attached garages with full driveways, nine-foot main level ceilings, walk-in closets, laminate hardwood and tile flooring — just to mention a few. “Laminate hardwood, higher-than-industry-standard tile flooring and backsplashes, are among the standard specifications we offer - there’s no linoleum anywhere in the home,” she adds. “All the remaining homes also back onto some form of green space so residents can really enjoy the peaceful ambience of the neighbourhood.”
Standard Chalet features and finishes also include brushed chrome lighting package, oversized windows, contemporary plumbing fixtures, full height tile backsplash in the kitchen, and wood cabinetry in four designer palettes.
