Welcome home to Evergreen Grove
Seeing green never looked better than when Evergreen Grove welcomes you home
It takes planning to integrate green spaces into a new development so when Todays Communities drafted plans for Evergreen Grove, the park across the street was a key influencing factor. “The development itself is oriented in such a way that each building has a view of the adjacent green space,” says Michele Constantinescu, account manager for Six Real Estate Consulting Creative Marketing Solutions, the marketing firm behind Evergreen Grove.
Evergreen Grove is the newest southwest multi-family project by Todays Communities. A lot of thought was taken into incorporating this development into the neighbourhood. “The development design is integrated into the community’s existing architecture integrates the development into the rest of the community,” says Constantinescu adding Evergreen Grove showcases the same Tudor-style design as the townhomes of Eversyde Park, another project of Todays Communities.
The English Tudor-inspired development consists of three buildings, each four storeys, for a total of 193 units surrounding a central courtyard. The courtyard, exterior property line of the buildings, as well as the streets lining the development will be fully landscaped. Each building will have heated parking, storage units, bicycle storage, two elevators and a secure an intercom entry system.
Evergreen Grove offers a maintenance-free lifestyle and security for those times when residents have to be away. “Evergreen Grove is a lifestyle choice. A maintenance-free home will provide more time spent with family and friends,” says Constantinescu.
The project consists of both apartment-style condominiums and two-storey townhomes. “The first of the buildings will have 75 units in total, with one- and two-bedroom condominiums as well as two-bedroom, two-storey townhomes,” says Constantinescu. The condominiums will range in size from 649 to 1,125 square-feet, while townhomes will range in size from 1,345 to 1,550 square-feet.
But the biggest attraction of all is the community of Evergreen itself, with its mature trees, many green spaces and countless amenities. “We’re directly across a 3.8-acre park, a block away from a pond feature and we are close to Fish Creek Park with all its outdoor recreational activities,” says Constantinescu. Major shopping centres, including the Bridlewood Shopping Centre, are also nearby and Starbucks and Sobeys are within walking distance. Movie theatres, the YMCA, golf courses and the extensive pathway system within Fish Creek Park are also close. Downtown Calgary is easily accessible via Macleod Trail but residents also have the option to take the LRT or the bus.
Evergreen Grove is attracting buyers coming from various phases in life, driven by its different sizes and home configurations. “There is a wide variety of people registering with the project from those starting out in the market to couples and singles who are downsizing, to those interested in moving into larger spaces. Evergreen Grove has something to offer for every stage of life,” says Constantinescu.
A kitchen vignette is available for viewing in an on-site presentation centre, providing homebuyers a layout that show-cases one of three colour palettes available to buyers. The vignette features maple shaker-style cabinets, laminate countertops, a full tile backsplash, pull-out faucets, double stainless sinks, a ceramic-top stove, dishwasher, a microwave and washer and dryer— all of which are included.
One-bedroom units start at $243,900 plus GST and two-bedroom units start at $286,900 plus GST, while the townhomes start at $399,900 plus GST.
“Evergreen is a welcoming community and has done a superb job in maintaining architectural integrity and community green spaces,” says Constantinescu. To find your perfect home and qualify for special incentives, register at http://www.evergreengrove.ca
