Imagine coming home at the end of a long, hard day at the office and unwinding with your favourite cocktail on your 300-square–foot patio while soaking in the views of the city skyline and watching the hustle and bustle on the streets below.

Imagine being able to hit some of the trendiest restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and take in the hippest nightlife in the city, while letting your feet take care of the transportation as you leave your car at home.

Imagine owning a condo where every guest who walks through the front door turns green with envy and is left longing for a home like yours.

Sound too good to be true? For the residents eagerly anticipating the release of suites at Castello on 12th it’s no longer just a figment of their imaginations—it’s a reality.

Located on the south-central side of downtown at 12 Avenue and 5 Street, and rising 19 storeys high above the street, the 106 upscale condominiums truly are in the heart of all the action, providing not only a place to live, but also a lifestyle.

Although the building’s close proximity to trendy 17 and 11 Avenues offer an abundance of never-ending entertainment and gourmet food at your fingertips, the chic interior of the condos of Castello by Homburg-Centron Teamworks will make you never want to step foot outside in the first place.

The units, which come in one- and two-bedroom floor plans, range in size from just under 1,000 square-feet to 1,525 square-feet of wide-open luxurious living space.

Large nine-foot floor-to-ceiling green-glazed windows in the living room allow plenty of natural sunlight to brighten every corner of the condo, not to mention stunning views of the city and mountains, and create a comfortable, earthy ambiance throughout the home.

The use of interior glass in the master ensuite further creates a visual work of art, with a clear glass entry allowing residents to see through their bathroom walls, while others enjoy a glass-walled shower, depending on the particular suite.

Kitchens have a European feel, with flat panel cabinetry, simple lines, a mirrored island, and stainless steel appliances complete with a stainless steel backsplash that is a staple of sophistication.
Other details, like the square basins in the bathrooms, Okite countertops, glass inserts on doors, polished stone and exotic woods, create an unparalleled environment of not only sophistication, but luxury as well.

“The suites were designed to enhance our clients’ lifestyles,” says Allison Clark, sales and marketing manager for the Centron Group. “The spacious interiors provides ample space for entertaining and is complemented with clean lines which add to the overall contemporary look.”

In addition, residents can let off some steam in the building’s gym facility and multi-purpose room. Or if entertaining guests for the night, owners have the option of putting them up in the large guest suite right in the building.
With features such as this, Castello has mainly caught the eye of young professionals in their late 20s to early 40s in search of a maintenance-free lifestyle with an urban edge.

“It’s a really appealing location because of all the many amenities around the core,” says Clark, who noted there has already been a lot of interest in the units, even though the sales centre has yet to open. “The features of this project are very desirable, but it really does come down to location and delivery.”

Prices of the units in Castello start in the $500,000s, with the final phase of units to be released soon.
