Gatestone introduces stylish, luxurious townhomes to Quarry Park

Townhomes have been the choice for many seeking their first home or wanting to right-size from their larger homes. After all, townhomes give buyers the sense of living a single-family home lifestyle without the hassle of yardwork or maintenance.

“We’re getting a tremendous amount of interest for Gatestone, our pre-sales registration was a huge success, indicating the huge demand for new townhomes in Quarry Park,” says Remington’s Sales Manager, Julie Seidel.

Gatestone will consist of two phases in total, the north phase featuring eight units while the south will have seven. “We strategically staggered the homes in a semi-circle fashion with minimal wall-to-wall contact to further guard against sound transfer. Traditionally townhomes have attracted first-time homebuyers, empty-nesters and mature couples looking to downsize from their larger homes. But in Gatestone, the spaciousness of the layouts allows them to fulfill the need of families with children too. “Having the new Quarry Park Child Development Centre daycare facility in the community also helps in a big way to meet the needs of young working families,” Seidel says.

The two-bedroom, 1,470-square-foot A Plan is destined to be one of the most popular layouts as it features not one, but two balconies — one off the front entrance and another elevated off the master bedroom. “With the Bow River pathway just steps from your front door, you can just imagine taking in the peaceful, picturesque nature view with coffee in hand from this unique vantage point,” she adds.

Convenient upstairs laundry is standard in all plans, as well as a professional stainless steel Samsung appliance package. Upgrades such as a gas range, or even a black stainless steel package are welcome additions to Gatestone’s comprehensive menu list of features.

With prices ranging from the high $400,000s to the high $500,000s they are undeniably great value especially when you consider the prime location and list of standard offerings.

Helping Remington achieve this goal will be the re-launch of their newly renovated Presentation Gallery on Quarry Park Boulevard. This impressive two-level, 3,500-square-foot show space has been transformed and now showcases the overall vision for Quarry Park, as well as future Remington projects and amenities.

One of the new unique features of the Presentation Gallery is their recent collaboration with Calgary-based company ArtMatch. Planned to launch later this fall, the Calais Villas will feature 24 exclusive high-end bungalows with attached double garages and walk-out greenspace. Interested parties can register in person at the gallery for VIP access and information.

“We have such an exciting fall ahead of us, with the grand re-opening of our Gallery space and the launch of two exiting new projects, we can’t wait to show everyone what Quarry Park has in store,” Seidel says. Suffice to say that development in Quarry Park is still going strong, and it may be in the buyers’ best interest to get in as quickly as they can.
