New ARRIVE at Sage Meadows show home opens eyes to affordable luxurious lifestyle

Lifestyle may be one of the most important factors that go into choosing a new home, and show homes go a long way in establishing the fact. ARRIVE at Sage Meadows will now be able to give potential buyers a much better portrayal of why the lifestyle to be had in this latest Partners Development townhome community is so compelling.

“We were inspired by Scandinavian modernism to create a clean aesthetic comprised of simple, elegant forms and high-quality materials aimed to resonate with buyers of all ages,” says Trent Letwiniuk, Principal at Gravity Architecture.

“We designed a contemporary, high-quality community that met Partners Development Group’s goal of providing a variety of attached housing types to serve various aspects of the market within one development,” he adds.

The new phase where the Blossom townhomes are located is one of the best in the community and looks out over pristine green space across 136 Avenue N.W., says Ismahan Omer, the sales manager for ARRIVE at Sage Meadows townhomes.

“The first phase is about 70 per cent sold, which shows that there is a clear appetite for the homes we offer here,” she says.

At build out, ARRIVE at Sage Meadows will consist of 31 buildings with 164 premium townhomes, two playgrounds, and private homeowner gardens. There are eight floor plans to choose from ranging in square footage from 1,080 to 1,798 and price starts from $259,900 and includes net GST.

We want to give buyers the
best value for their money.”

The upscale exteriors that include brick accents with stylish and sturdy cement board siding bring a beautiful curb-side appeal that blends well with the upscale nature of Sage Meadows. The extensive Built Green features that Partners has made available to all its ARRIVE townhome developments.

“We are a Certified Gold Built Green builder and our buyers are eligible for a 15 per cent rebate on mortgage insurance premiums, if applicable,” Omer says. “Having Built Green certification adds long term value for the whole community, offering superior building standards, lower operating costs, and a healthier living environment.”

Developed by Genesis Land Development, the community of Sage Meadows sits in a pocket of growth in the northwest, where new commercial, residential and employment hubs seem to be sprouting at a very healthy clip. ARRIVE at Sage Meadows itself will have its own commercial area that’s currently under construction and services will start opening in the spring, featuring a new gas station,
Wynn Nail and Spa, Canadian Pizza restaurant, Solo Liquor store and medical, pharmacy and dental services.“Sage Meadows is a young community in the middle of an already established sector in Calgary. Everything that our residents could need is right at their doorstep or just a few minutes drive away. We’re near Stoney Trail which one of the best ways to get around the city and adds to our
accessibility,” Omer says.
