The convenience, practicality and affordability of townhomes are why homebuyers have fallen in love with this style of home. But bringing luxurious, estate-style finishings in the mix — along with an exceptional price point — is why ARRIVE at Crestmont West has been such a hit.

And with the variety of floor plans offered, it isn’t just first-time homebuyers that are pleased with Partners Development Group’s latest offering.

ARRIVE at Crestmont West features 175 homes in a wide variety of designs that include two- and three-bedroom towns as well as the much sought-after true “lock and leave” bungalows. A broad range of floor plan options within the models
also enables the community to meet the needs of many different lifestyles. Best of all, these homes feature estate single-family specifications at appealing prices in one of Calgary’s most desirable communities.

“As Crestmont West is an estate community, we have added extra design features and elements to our existing high standard of finishing,” says Partners’ area sales manager Max Lalonde.

“We are offering 65 bungalows in this community, as well as two- and three-bedroom townhomes with a single or double car garage. This ARRIVE community differs because of the range of new home choices for the diverse demographics that
Crestmont is known for.”

Included in the range of ARRIVE at Crestmont West are two- to four-bedroom plans, walkout or sunshine lots, and single- or double-attached garages. Lalonde says this development is perfect for all lifestyles, including multi-generational,
empty-nesters, young professionals or families with young children.

“There are a lot of possibilities,” he says. “Our ARRIVE townhome communities are built to meet the needs of many types of homeowners,” he says. Indeed, with prices starting from the $330,000s, including GST, ARRIVE at Crestmont West
makes it very affordable to live in a premier SW Calgary community.

This entry price can buy a Dusk model, featuring a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath plan in 1,335 square-feet with an oversized attached single garage. Lalonde believes that this is an unbeatable deal, especially in this part of the city.

That price includes a premium finishing package, with laminate hardwood flooring throughout the main level, contemporary full height cabinetry selections, and professionally designed interior colour palettes to choose from, with quartz or
granite countertops throughout kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen islands come with eating bars, and the laundry room is located on the bedroom level to cater to what today’s families want most.

All of the townhomes come with generous ground level concrete patios and the bungalows include a walkout or enhanced sunshine basement. They also feature black aluminium glass railings, concrete stairs and landings.

The bungalow villas — which start from the $450,0000s — are far and away the preferred home for the “right-sizers” and about-to-retire demographic. “In Calgary, there is an increasing need and demand for bungalow-style homes because of
a growing right-sizer population. One of our key features is the true maintenance-free, lock and go lifestyle,” Lalonde says, “which includes being professionally managed, with snow clearing, landscaping, and fire insurance all taken care of.”

But everyone marvels at the affordability. “Prior to ARRIVE at Crestmont West, buyers were unable to purchase a home for under $500,000 in Crestmont. Partners Development Group gives young families the opportunity to reside in one of the
most desirable communities in the southwest at an affordable price point,” he says.

“We are seeing an equal demand across our bungalows, two-storeys and three-storey townhomes from different age demographics, with some homes having unobstructed views of the Rockies and Foothills.”

Crestmont’s location — just off Highway 1 west — is also a huge draw. This vibrant, family-oriented southwest neighbourhood is approaching completion, and ARRIVE at Crestmont West will be one of the last new multi-family opportunities

“Our buyers appreciate the quick and easy access to Highway 1 connecting them to Kananaskis, Canmore, Banff and the Rockies as well as the 20-minute drive to downtown Calgary. Our prime location offers views of the Foothills and Rockies
from many of our homes."

ARRIVE at Crestmont West also features contemporary exteriors including cement fibre board siding along with dramatic amounts of contemporary ledge stone accents on each building, and triple glazed, black metal windows, giving this
townhome community a very appealing look, which Partners is known for.

Among the most popular models in ARRIVE at Crestmont West are the Twilight bungalow with massive main floor vaulted ceilings. It is a master-on-main, 1,070-plus square-foot bungalow with an oversized single car garage and driveway long
enough for a second vehicle. An optional basement development adds an additional bedroom and flex room, and is available with a walkout or sunshine basement. The basement increases total developed square footage to 1,800+ square-feet.
Also in the bungalow models is the Eve, offering a double car garage with master-on-main and a den, at 1,335-square-feet, with an optional basement development adding one or two bedrooms and rec room. This adds an additional 1,250
square feet of livable space.

The Dawn is a two-storey townhome with three-bedrooms or double master, and a vaulted master bedroom starting at 1,400 square-feet. These come with a walkout or sunshine basement and an optional basement development is available.
This optional development increases the liveable square footage another 400 square-feet. The Aurora is a 1,900-square-foot three-storey walkout townhome with three bedrooms and single car garage.

Like all of Partners’ ARRIVE branded townhomes, ARRIVE at Crestmont West is a certified BuiltGreen® development. “This offers our homeowners an efficiently performing home that is quieter, healthier and saves you money on energy each
month to operate,” Lalonde says.

Adding to its appeal is a private central garden with individual gardening plots, where residents can gather. “We will also have a 7,000-square-foot commercial area near our entrance that will bring modern conveniences to residents not only of
ARRIVE but for the whole Crestmont community. It will have boutique, specialty stores, professional services and a separate 10,000 square-foot child care centre that will make life here that much more convenient.”

Building in the southwest community of Crestmont West is a big draw for Partners and their ARRIVE townhomes.  It is an already established community with its own spray park and over six kilometres of pathways with plenty of local parks and
playgrounds spread throughout.

“We’re also just minutes from Canada Olympic Park with direct access to Old Banff Coach Road and the TransCanada Highway. Crestmont West has everything you want, and near everything you need.”
