Sage Hill Park wins big for Brad Remington Homes

Fresh off their three big wins at the 2018 BILD Calgary Region Awards, Brad Remington Homes is sure flying high with the success of Sage Hill Park in the sought after northwest quarter of Calgary.


“After the first two awards, the rest of the night was a blur,” says Bryan Logel vice-president of sales and marketing for Brad Remington Homes.

“Sage Hill Park had a fantastic 2018 and it is wonderful to be recognized by the industry.”

Brad Remington Homes won Best New Design for their Emerald, Charlie and Ashley floor plans with the Madison getting honourable mention. They also won Best Media for their Sage Hill Park radio commercial named “Condoos.” , and they
even picked up the award for Sales team of the Year. Lastly, they are also the runner up for Builder of the Year Multi – Family.

With sales surpassing expectations, the first two buildings of the Sage Hill Park  development are already under construction and the sales launch of the third building is coming up. Building one is completely sold out, and building two is quickly
following suit; with 20 units out of the 68 available scooped up within the first week of sales, and the Emerald one-bed, one-bath plan is currently sold out.

All these sales have also been happening without show suites on site.

“A lot of buyers from Sage Hill Park are coming down to My Legacy Park to see what the show suites are all about,” says Logel. But home owners won’t have to wait that much longer as six show suites will be opening in Sage Hill Park in the fall.

The show suites that are slated to open will be the Ashley, Charlie, Dakota, Emerald, Georgia and Madison plans and will really showcase everything that Brad Remington Homes can achieve for home owners. And if they are anything like the eight show suites at My Legacy Park, they are sure to wow any prospective buyer.

The remaining prices at Sage Hill Park start from the mid $100,000s to the mid $200,000s so there is no wonder suites are moving so quickly.

“The value at Sage is amazing,” says Logel, “affordable value isn’t a usual word you hear about Calgary’s northwest, but this development is working hard to bring just that to home owners.”

Logel also states that Sage Hill Park is seeing a true mix of buyers, including first-time purchasers, downsizers, small families and lifestyle seekers.

“We offer a full customization package including everything from an A/C system to custom closets and almost everything in-between,” explains Logel. Even their standard specifications are industry leading, with a long list of high quality
finishings. Nine-foot ceilings with knock down texture throughout, full sized gourmet kitchens, standard quartz with three options or black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two-tone cabinet option, stacked washer and dryer,
luxury vinyl plank and premium sound attenuation, just to name a few.

The remaining suites in building two range from 700 square-feet to 964 square-feet with tons of variety available. One of the most popular plans, Georgia, is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom plan with two variations to choose from. The Charlie is
a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with four variations equally as in demand as the Georgia, and the Charlie3 has three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and sits at 964 square-feet.

The future sure looks bright for Sage Hill Park with plenty of amenities on the horizon for the community of Sage Meadows. But there is already established commercial centres in CreekSide and Sage Hill that offers handfuls of dining options,
shopping, groceries and other services.

“Even though Sage Hill Park is close to all the action, the actual location of the site is in a very quiet and relaxing spot in the neighbourhood,” says Bryan. The buildings are surrounded by nature trails, scenic ponds, parks and green spaces and
we all know that the location of your home means everything.

Northwest Calgary is one of the most desirable residential areas in the city and as mentioned before it is not always affordable for everyone. Predicted to be the fastest growing areas in the years to come Brad Remington Homes is giving
