The Rise at West Grove Estates is a hit and there's even more lifestyle choices brought to Calgary’s west side by Bri-mor

“Experiencial lifestyle” has been an important concept for Aleem Dhanani, managing director for Bri-mor Developments, the pursuit of which has been vastly beneficial to their clientele.

The way Dhanani sees it, is that these two disparate communities just minutes away from each other, create a synergy that blends the family-friendly suburban living of The Rise and the amenity-rich vibrancy of an urban lifestyle that Vivace
resident’s enjoy. “We’ve created two communities that offers options for our buyers on where to live but amenities that all residents can enjoy,” he says.

For single-family homes, Bri-mor’s The Rise has been a spectacular success. And despite economic uncertainty, only 25 per cent of lots now remain, with homeowners acting quickly on the real value offered in this community.

“The community is now fully built out,” says  Dhanani. “With seven acres of green space including a reflective park, a play park with equipment for young children and an activated park that includes a junior soccer field, outdoor exercise
equipment, a chess board and an outdoor stage for community programming, residents of the Rise have everything they need, already ready for use with their neighbours.  

The first phase of the Rise, which was 111 lots, was so successful that the additional 89 lots were brought on and released ahead of schedule.

"Knowing we have the product they desire, homeowners can get more home for the price, in the area they want and with all lifestyle amenities they need,” says Dhanani.
