As it turned out, people really liked that first home...and before long, the family was busy building more homes.  Today, the company that Carl and Del Ockey started in 1973 has grown to international prominence with operations in Tampa, Denver, British Columbia, Ottawa and Calgary, Canada.  A lot has changed since we started but we still remain true to the spirit and commitment that went into that first Cardel home.  We continue to base our philosophy of building excellence on the values of innovation and integrity, and after thirty years we are still building we're still building homes we are proud to call our own.
