Sabal Homes has a rich history of innovation and modern architectural design. In our first five years, we built inner city infills and condos and progressed to master planned suburban communities. In Calgary, we are now building in the highly anticipated SE lake community of Mahogany. We have expanded the number of Calgary area communities we build in with the opening of our laned and attached homes in Riversong (Cochrane). In Edmonton, we are now building in our third community since entering the market in 2006. McConachie is located in NE Edmonton and features both laned and front-garage style homes.

Sabal is proud to have been named a finalist 13 times for the 2008 Calgary SAM Awards. We were honoured to take home the SAM Award for Best New Home for the Ovation in Riversong.
