May 2019 | Issue 233

Condo Living has always strived to give our readers the widest selection of multi-family options to choose from. We’ve prided ourselves in being the best source of information on townhomes, apartment-style condos and no-condo fee street towns and other homes with shared walls. We’ve been able to get in touch with condo developers and see the new designs, that are popular with buyers in the city.

We’re also the best information source for choosing where in the city you can find these latest condo developments. Inner-city high-rise, suburban townhome or bare land condo, your lifestyle dictates where you want to live and we can show you best all the options out there, and we take the time to go there ourselves to see what they’re like up close. We feel that is always the best way to get the message across to our readers.

The May issue is always our most popular, this is the month when homebuyers are out visiting show homes and are looking to buy, and this issue we really packed in some of the best condo selections in the city today.

We start with our cover feature on Cardel Lifestyles. One of the leading condo developers in the city has always found success not only in sales but in ther industry acclaim they get with tons of customer and builder awards to show for it. Their latest
development, Walden Place, continues this sterling run and the coming launch of their newest building is something everyone is looking forward to.

Park Point in the Beltline offers some of the most sophisticated condos in the inner-city and they tell us that they are finding success too as an investment property for their buyers. Their appeal as rental properties is something new we investigate this month.
Partners Development Group has been a hit with their line of ARRIVE townhomes, but their new ARRIVE at D’ARCY Blvd will be their first with no condo fees. As the first multi-family development in this young Okotoks community they felt they could offer
something different and fresh with this new line.

The Royal by Bosa Development is about to welcome their first residents and they will have a lot to look forward to. Some of the best views in the tallest building on this side of downtown, a plethora of in-house amenities and the best convenience that only
having a grocery store connection can provide. The mixed-use tower is connected to Mount Royal community’s newest convenience — the Urban Fare grocery. Calgary continues to look better to Graywood Developments out of Toronto who are launching their
second condo development here in The Theodore in Kensington. Following the success of their Fish Creek Exchange in Shawnee Park, Graywood is confident that this new inner-city condo project will be just as successful.

You can read all about this and more inside, and be sure to check to find out more of what gets us excited about Calgary’s new home market.
