Phase two of the project, which features suites from 668 to 1600 square feet, is also pre-sold. “There’s a waiting list in case anything else becomes available,” says Melanie Wood of Cove Properties.  Suites feature granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, ceramic tile kitchen floors and large rooms that, along with a quiet suburban location, have attracted many empty nesters to the community. Including, says Melanie, her own parents. “Right now we’re really busy with after sales service, trying to make everyone’s transition a little easier. So far, everybody’s really happy.”
