First up, the Montage in Mckenzie Towne. Located next to the church just out of the main traffic circle, Montage features 90 units in a stacked townhome design. Suites range from 872 to 1,055 square feet, with one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, and two bedroom floor plans. Currently just 19 of the units are sold, says spokesperson Rachelle Norris, and “with no waiting list, people are able to buy now.” Prices start in the $230,000s, allowing plenty of first-time buyers – both singles and couples – in the 25 to 34 year old age range. The first building is up and framed, with some units ready for occupancy later this year.
