Around the circle and down the boulevard a bit, in New Brighton, the Mosaic is even further along. “Homes are currently being occupied by past purchasers,” says Norris, “and new purchasers could move in as early as late 2006.” The Mosaic features 162 row townhomes with attached tandem and double garages. Two and three bedroom plans range from 1,008 to 1,225 square feet and are priced very affordably starting in the upper $200,000s. At the moment, says Norris, 44 homes are available subject to a monthly sales limit and a small waiting list, “but a couple of units are available to purchase right now.” There’s four show homes on site, which we’ll see more of in an upcoming edition.
What’s on the horizon for Hawthorne? “We are opening a new Mosaic project called Mosaic Aspen Hills in the west-end Carma community of Aspen Hills,” says Norris. “This should be open in late 2006. We’ll also be in Auburn Bay in late 2007 and have another project in New Brighton in late 2007 upon completion of the current New Brighton project.”
