Wentworth Point
Calgary's southwest will soon be home to another incredible luxury townhome project from Homes by Avi's multi-family division Avi Urban. The west-side community of Wentworth will soon be home to Wentworth Point, featuring 18 executive townhomes backing onto a beautiful environmental reserve. Tucked away behind Broadcast Hill, these great units will have easy access to the new Bow Trail extension. With two and three bedroom floor plans, most of these unique units will be around 2,000 square feet and include front attached double garages. “Being an executive townhome project,” says Avi’s Dawn Borgstrom, “Wentworth Point offers an abundance of luxury finishing. Which would probably account for the first phase being sold out so incredibly quickly.” The first phase consisted of six units, with more units available mid-summer. Prices in the next phase will be in the $400,000s.
