The list is based on research developed by the Great Place to Work Institute in San Francisco, the same organization whose work has  served as the basis for Fortune magazine’s annual 100 Best Companies to Work for in America since 1998.  The results are based in part on employee answers to questions like whether “management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulder”, and part on other indicators of a positive corporate culture, like community involvement – another area in which Trico earns top grades. It’s a huge honour for a Calgary company to receive, andjust that further confirmation of the fact Calgary home builders are some of the best in the country.
