Queen of the Casel
Sunitha Palaveettil was rewarded a $100,000 lifestyle package by Calgary’s Niklas Group, developer of Casel, officially anointing her the “Queen of the Casel”. Palaveettil gave a winning written response with a photo explaining why she should be Casel’s ambassador. “Sunitha impressed us with her passion for life, a quality we strongly believe in within the Niklas Group as an inner city builder of lifestyles,” says Joel Goralski president of Niklas Group, adding that the new condo dweller also embodied a well-rounded, cool and energetic professional Casel easily relates to.
The $100,000 lifestyle package includes a $30,000 down payment on her choice of eight Casel condo layouts, one year mortgage-free, two years condo fee free, $20,000 additional upgrades and a two-year lease on a Mercedes B200.
