High-end finishing and location piquing high interest at Highbury2
It’s not often you get the oppor-tunity to enjoy views of Fish Creek Park, the utmost in appointments and the perks of living in a brand-new high-rise away from city noise.
But that’s what Perera Development Corporation will bring to the southwest with Highbury at Fish Creek Park, a collection of three towers ranging from eight to 12 storeys that’s just now heading into its second phase of sales.
With one tower sold out, the folks at Perera and the market-ing gurus at Maverick Real Estate Corporation are gearing up to launch Highbury2, the next install-ment of the tower trio, at the end of October. Offering opulent fin-ishing from CaesarStone quartz countertops, hardwood floors and stainless steel Fisher & Paykel and Panasonic appliances and a choice of Natural or Urban colour schemes within suites, to car and dog washes, spa and fitness facilities, and top-notch security as in-house perks, it’s not surprising Highbury has piqued buyers’ interest in droves.
“The first tower at Highbury is now completely sold out but it was 90 per cent sold in the first five hours,” says Paulette Cassis, marketing director at Maverick. “That’s why we are strongly encour-aging people to pre-register to tour the suites and do previews.”
Along with “fantastic views to the southwest, unobscured because there really is no other highrise in the southwest,” Cassis says the luxury of the development is second-to-none. “It is truly a high-end package, a premium address.” Up for grabs in Highbury2 will be one-bedroom-and-den units spanning 698 to 758 square-feet and roomy, dressed-to-the-nines two-bedrooms with media rooms and dens ranging from 968 to 1,356 square-feet.
