Trico Homes announces new condo project in Panorama Hills
Trico Homes recently announced plans to build a 211-unit multi-family complex in the exclusive community of Panorama Hills in the northwest, which will begin building in September.
The Milano will be made up of apartment style and townhome units, with one-bedroom apartments starting at under the $200,000 mark including GST, while townhomes start at just under $300,000, says Trico Sales Manager, Paul Betts. “Panorama Hills is the perfect location for this project,” he adds.
Tech-smart and future-savvy units are planned with the open layout designs that are sure to appeal to couples, families, empty-nesters and singles. “Milano is all about what’s right for you, stylish, comfortable, with no wasted space,” Trico Creative Director Wendee Bishop tells Around Town. “It’s a maintenance-free lifestyle that’s as comfortable as it is affordable.”
Each unit comes with modern flat shaker style maple cabinets for kitchens and bathrooms, a six appliance package, quality Moen Chateau Series chrome plumbing fixtures and curved shower rod for a more spacious shower experience. Wide patios and decks are part of each plan, apartment units have underground heated parking and personal storage units, twnhomes have their own garage.
There will be four three-storey buildings for apartment style units and 13 townhome blocks, she adds.
