Young is the Vice President and General Manager of Homes by Avi Edmonton, where she is responsible for strategic planning and product positioning within the Edmonton market. Under Young’s leadership, Homes by Avi has grown in the Edmonton market and achieved many awards including National Builder of the Year in 2007 and Builder of the Year  for 2008 in the Edmonton Region. 

The CHBA — Alberta is the voice of the residential construction industry in the province and represents over 1,400 business members including: new home builders, renovators, developers, trade and supply companies, and professional services. There are six regional Canadian Home Builders’ Associations across the province: Edmonton, Calgary, Grande Prairie, Central Alberta, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat.
