“It’s always exciting whenever we get a project off the ground, as timelines are always key when it comes to new developments,” says Aldebaran’s Ryan Heggedal. “It means buyers can now have a more concrete idea when their home will be finished and give them a definite timeline. Aura has been a big hit since it started selling two months ago and their two-bedroom units have sold out in the first phase. Their three-bedroom units start at 1,312 square-feet and priced at an affordable $272,800 plus GST.
