Graywood Developments is betting big on Calgary as it launches two simultaneous new multi-family developments on May 11.

The Toronto-based developer is coming out with The Theodore in the ever-popular inner-city community of Kensington; and Park South, the next phase of its successful Fish Creek Exchange development in Shawnee Park.

Theodore will be Kensington’s tallest building, perfectly positioned on 10th Street N.W. at the gateway to the city’s most beloved urban community. With a signature cosmopolitan style and centre-of-it-all location, there is no better place for
Theodore — or for homeowners who love the energy of the inner-city, but seek the character and warmth of a walkable village.

It is a mixed-use, mid-rise building that at 10 storeys will be the tallest structure in the whole neighbourhood. Which, according to Patrick Briscoe, Vice President, Development for Graywood Developments, is quite fitting as the landmark
development promises to be a literal landmark in the community for a long time. Prices start from the $290,000s.

Park South is the next phase of Fish Creek Exchange in the southwest community bordering Calgary’s largest urban park — Fish Creek Park. This release will feature a new selection of apartment condo and townhome suites from the mid
$200,000s ranging from one-bedroom-plus-den designs, to larger three-bedroom layouts.

“Our growth into the Calgary market reaffirms our strength and experience in developing quality homes that are not just optimized for life today, but are built with a vision of a prosperous tomorrow,” Briscoe says. The Theodore is opening a sales
centre on Unit 101 227 10 Street N.W., just a couple of blocks south of its actual site on what was a former Royal Bank branch on the corner of Gladstone Road. Park South will still be sold out of the Fish Creek Exchange sales centre at 99
Shawnee Common S.W.
