Chairman’s Steakhouse opens in Westman Village

Calgary’s newest destination restaurant is in the heart of Westman Village in the southeast, as the long-awaited Chairman’s Steakhouse finally opens its doors to the public.

Offering a fabulous mixture of Old Hollywood showbiz glam and a healthy dose of Calgary’s modern vibrancy, Chairman’s Steakhouse is a resplendent reminder of how fabulous fine dining can be.

“We’ve assembled a great team of people here who are just as dedicated as I am in bringing a new dining experience to Calgary,” says Jay Westman, at the private party to commemorate the launch of Chiarman’s. Westman is the founder of Jayman BUILT, the developer of
Westman Village.

Done in partnership with Vintage Group, Chairman’s is a modern and luxurious take on a classic steakhouse. It has a 140-seat dining room with 32 patio seats on the north side fronting the majestic 63-acre Mahogany Lake. There is also a lounge area that can seat 52 with
an additional 44 patio seats on south side looking onto Westman Village’s courtyard. There is also a private dining room.

Led by Chef Cedric Truchon, Chairman’s mouth-watering menu is filled with a tantalizing selection of classic favourites. It is the crowning jewel in the unfolding beauty of Westman Village.
